Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektifitas pemberian psikoedukasi pendidikan seks untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang pendidikan seks remaja dengan gangguan spectrum autis kepada orangtua dan guru. Serta menguji perbedaan pemberian psikoedukasi pendidikan seks untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang pendidikan seks remaja dengan gangguan spektrum autis antara orangtua dan guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian quasi eksperiment. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji statistik non parametrik versi SPSS 20, dengan Teknik Wilcoxon dan Mann Whitney U Test. Hasil Penelitian Z hitung > Z tabel = 4.711 > 2.58 yang menunjukkan bahwa pemberian psikoedukasi pendidikan seks untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang pendidikan seks remaja dengan gangguan spektrum autis kepada orangtua dan guru memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan. Sedangkan hipotesis kedua Z hitung < Z tabel = 0.334<1.96 menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan dalam pemberian psikoedukasi pendidikan seks untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang pendidikan seks remaja dengan gangguan spektrum autis antara orangtua dan guru.
