Hospital has intangible characteristics of services so trust is needed. Hospitals need to instill credibility to the extent that customers believe that they can provide service products that satisfy customer needs. This study aims to determine the effect of customer value and hospital trust on repeat visits at Bekasi Public Hospital. The type of research is a quantitative observational cross-sectional using random sampling. PLS-SEM was used to evaluate the data of 125 respondents who were patients outpatient. The results of this study indicate that customer value has an effect on satisfaction, trust has an effect on satisfaction, customer value and satisfaction have an effect on the revisit intention, and trust has no effect on the revisit intention. Customer value can affecttsatisfaction and revisit intention and trust affect patient satisfaction, but trust does not directly affect intention to revisit. Satisfaction can affect the patient's revisit intention.
Salsabila Az Zahra, Naili Farida, Septo Pawelas Arso Copyright (c) 2023 Salsabila Az Zahra, Naili Farida, Septo Pawelas Arso http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://jurnalfpk.uinsby.ac.id/index.php/jhsp/article/view/909 Tue, 26 Sep 2023 00:00:00 +0000 Preparedness Behavior of The Destana Group in Management of Mountain Raung Eruption https://jurnalfpk.uinsby.ac.id/index.php/jhsp/article/view/941
The volcanic eruption disaster in Indonesia caused economic problems in the form of loss of property, community productivity, damage to facilities and infrastructure due to volcanic materials caused by volcanic eruptions. a series of activities undertaken to anticipate disasters through organizing and through effective and efficient measures is called preparedness. The likelihood that a patient will return increases if they are satisfied with the hospital's services, which obviously benefits the facility. In this study, Royal Prima Medan outpatients' intentions to return to RSU were examined in relation to several service quality metrics. A cross-sectional design was used for this analytical survey research study. The study's population consisted of 4,011 average outpatients at the Pulmonary and Cardiac Polyclinic from July to August 2022. A sample of 98 respondents using an unintended sampling strategy was drawn from this cohort. Methods for univariate, bivariate, and multivariate data analysis were used in this study. The findings showed that the intention to return to the hospitalized patients road was influenced by the variable quality of infrastructure (sig-p = 0.004 0.05), the variable quality of human resources (sig-p = 0.025 0.05), and the variable quality of security (sig-p = 0.015 0.05), whereas the personal quality variables (sig-p = 0.054 > 0.05, gender = 0.253 > 0.05, education = 0.322 > 0.05, and occupation) were not.. According to the study's conclusions, it is thought that providing health staff training, reducing patient costs for less fortunate patients, and creating an organizational structure focused n duties and education will all enhance the hospital.
Agung Prawira Chandra, Chrismis Novalinda Ginting, Santy Deasy Siregar Copyright (c) 2023 Agung Prawira Chandra, Chrismis Novalinda Ginting, Santy Deasy Siregar http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://jurnalfpk.uinsby.ac.id/index.php/jhsp/article/view/959 Tue, 26 Sep 2023 00:00:00 +0000 Risk Factors Social-Emotional Development Disorders in Children https://jurnalfpk.uinsby.ac.id/index.php/jhsp/article/view/1061
Monitoring development in early childhood is one of the efforts that must be done from the womb until the child is five years old. This study aimed to investigate the potential influence of orange peel extract in water on total cholesterol fluctuations in HFD-induced mice. This study used a true experimental design to investigate the effects of dietary interventions on total cholesterol levels in a female mice model. A total of 18 adult mice were utilized for this research, and they were divided into three distinct groups. The allocation of mice into these groups was as follows: Control Group (n=6): The first group served as the control and received only Aquades (sterile water). High-Fat Diet (HFD) Group (n=6) as named HFD only: The second group consisted of mice that were exclusively fed a high-fat diet (HFD) for a total of 17 days. Orange Peel Extract Group (n=6): The third group, also exposed to the HFD for an initial 10-day period, was subsequently administered orange peel extract for seven days. The total cholesterol levels of the mice that were given orange peel extract decreased from 109 ± 7.43 mg/dL to 96.5 ± 10.07 mg/dL after the intervention. This decrease was statistically significant (p < 0.05). the risk of high total cholesterol levels in mice that were given orange peel extract was 33.3%, compared to 83.3% in mice that were given aquades and 50% in mice that were still on a high-fat diet (HFD). , the results of this study suggest that orange peel extract may offer a natural and accessible approach to address dyslipidemia and reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases. While further research is needed to confirm these findings and explore their applicability to human health.
Ria Qadariah Arief, Linda Prasetyaning W, Risa Purnamasari, Sarita Oktorina, Sri Hidayati L Copyright (c) 2023 Ria Qadariah Arief, Linda Prasetyaning W, Risa Purnamasari, Sarita Oktorina, Sri Hidayati L http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://jurnalfpk.uinsby.ac.id/index.php/jhsp/article/view/1079 Sat, 30 Sep 2023 00:00:00 +0000 Effect Job Demand Control-Support and Protection Motivation on Compliance in Filling Inpatient Care Medical Record Files https://jurnalfpk.uinsby.ac.id/index.php/jhsp/article/view/989
An important indicator to determine the quality of service in a hospital is about the completeness of the hospital's medical record files.
