Peran Spiritualitas Tempat Kerja dalam Pembentukan Work Engagement Karyawan

Work engagement pada karyawan penting untuk diperhatikan oleh perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti peran spiritualitas tempat kerja terhadap work engagement pada karyawan produksi. Rancangan kuantitatif korelasional ini melibatkan 100 karyawan. Ada dua skala yang digunakan yaitu skala Work Engagement Scale-17 dan Workplace at Spirituality Scale. Analisis data menggunakan uji regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hubungan positif yang signifikan antara spiritualitas tempat kerja dengan work engagement. Spiritualitas tempat kerja mampu menjelaskan terbentuknya work engagement yang dimiliki karyawan
